Center for Eating and feeding Disorders Research (CEDaR) søger en engageret klinisk psykolog til at varetage vurdering og terapi i et psykoterapiforsøg til behandling af spiseforstyrrelsen Binge Eating Disorder (BED).

Stillingen er placeret på Psykiatrisk Center Ballerup og tilbyder en unik mulighed for at bidrage til forskning i spiseforstyrrelser på internationalt niveau og samtidig arbejde klinisk med en spændende målgruppe.

Om HALO-forsøget

HALO-forsøget er et randomiseret, kontrolleret forsøg, der undersøger effekten af fire forskellige psykoterapiforløb til personer med BED. Formålet med undersøgelsen er, at identificere hvilken form for terapi der er mest effektiv. Rekrutteringen af deltagere startede i foråret 2024 og projektet er en del af Region Hovedstadens prioritering af forskning i spiseforstyrrelser.

Om jobbet

Som klinisk psykolog i HALO-forsøget vil du være en nøgleperson i projektets arbejde med personer med BED. Dine vigtigste opgaver vil omfatte:

• Assessment: Foretage diagnostiske vurderinger af patienter med BED. Du vil blive uddannet i Eating Disorder Examination (EDE) samt Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI)
• Behandling: Udføre både individuel- og gruppebaseret behandling med fokus på CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Enhanced)
• Uddannelse og supervision: Du vil modtage grundig uddannelse i diagnosticering af spiseforstyrrelser og supervision i CBT-E som en del af dit arbejde
• Tværfagligt samarbejde: Deltage i teambaserede aktiviteter, herunder supervisionsgrupper, sammenratings, fællesmøder og undervisning

Du vil blive en del af et dynamisk og tværfagligt forskerteam, ledet af professor Nadia Micali, som består af seniorforskere, postdocs, ph.d.-studerende og klinikere. Teamets fælles ambition er at skabe ny viden om årsagerne til spiseforstyrrelser og forbedre behandlingsmulighederne for patienterne.

Hvem er du?

Vi søger en psykolog med følgende kvalifikationer:

• Erfaring med CBT-E og/eller behandling af spiseforstyrrelser er en fordel men ikke et krav
• Evnen til at arbejde både selvstændigt og i teams
• Interesse for at arbejde klinisk i et forskningsprojekt og lyst til at bidrage til forskning og akademisk psykiatri
• Stærke kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner
• Er interesseret i- og villig til at blive uddannet i at udføre manualbaseret terapi
• Taler dansk (afgørende)

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår

Psychologist wanted for a large trial in eating disorders

Do you want to be part of the world's largest psychotherapy study for people with BED?

The Center for Eating and Feeding Disorders Research (CEDaR) is looking for a dedicated and qualified clinical psychologist to handle the assessment and therapy for a psychotherapy trial for the treatment of the eating disorder Binge Eating Disorder (BED).

The position is located at Psychiatric Center Ballerup and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to research into eating disorders at an international level and at the same time work clinically with an exciting target group.

About HALO trial

The HALO trial is a randomised controlled research project that will investigate the effect of four different psychotherapy courses in people with BED. The aim of the study is to identify which form of therapy is most effective in reducing the number of binge eating. The recruitment of participants started in the spring of 2024, and the project is part of the Capital Region of Denmark's prioritisation of research into eating disorders.

About the job

As a clinical psychologist in HALO-trial, you will be a key person in the project's work with people with BED. Your key tasks will include:

• Assessment: Handle diagnostic assessment of patients with Binge Eating Disorder. You will be trained in the Eating Disorder Examination, as well as The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI)
• Treatment: Carry out both individual and group-based treatment with a focus on CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Enhanced).
• Training and supervision: Receive thorough training in the diagnosis of eating disorders and supervision in CBT-E as part of your work.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Participate in team-based activities, including supervision groups, co-ratings, joint meetings and teaching.

You will be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary research team led by Professor Nadia Micali, which consists of senior researchers, postdocs, PhD students and clinicians. The team's ambition is to create new knowledge about the causes of eating disorders and improve treatment options for patients.

Who are you?

We are looking for a qualified psychologist who can contribute with commitment and competence. Requirements:

• Experience with CBT-E and/or treatment of eating disorders – this is an advantage
• The ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Interest in working clinically in a research project and desire to contribute to research and academic psychiatry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Are interested in and willing to be trained in and perform manual-based therapy.
• Speak danish (essential)
